right watch / wrong band

The strap became grimy in just 3 days of normal using. So i sent them an e-mail. They told the band is fading there is no way to clean it. And i should order a new band like if it's normal.

But i recommend the watch it's a little big strong casual/sport in same time. Buy the same watch w/ other strap color is the perfect choice.More detail ...

I couldn't be happier with this purchase the White band really makes this Tissot Stand out! My wife loves it's versatility great for wearing during exercise or sport activities are really looks great when going out at night.
